Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Workout Configurations: Custom workouts you create, including interval names, durations, and settings
• App Preferences: Your settings and preferences within the app

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

HealthKit Data

With your permission, FireTime integrates with Apple HealthKit to:

• Write workout data: We save completed workouts to Apple Health, including duration, calories burned, and workout type
• Read workout data: We do not read any data from HealthKit

HealthKit data remains on your device and in your iCloud Health data. We do not have access to, collect, or store your HealthKit data on any external servers.

Apple Watch

If you use the FireTime Apple Watch companion app:

• Workout data is synced between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework
• This data stays within Apple's ecosystem and is not transmitted to external servers
